At Hawaii Nails Pacific Werribee, we strive to provide the best care and service to our customers. All of our staff are highly trained with many years of experience. We follow all industry standards and update our practices regularly. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of service or contact us as soon as possible so we can address the situation. Repairs and readjustments will be honoured FREE of charge 7 (seven) days from the date of service.
Due to the nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services already performed. It is important to let us know immediately at the time of service if you’d like to make any changes or adjustments. Both the customer and staff reserve the rights to terminate the service due to any reason with notice and discussion.
Any form of threats, acts of violence, verbal or physical abuse is not tolerated. We ask that you respect our staff and everyone else within the store as we try our best to accomodate you.
